About the Role:

We're looking for a talented and creative **Web Designer** to join our team! You’ll be responsible for crafting visually appealing, user-friendly websites that bring our brand and clients' visions to life. From wireframes to final designs, you'll play a key role in shaping the online experience for users across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design engaging, responsive websites with a focus on usability and aesthetics
- Collaborate with developers, marketers, and content creators to align design with business goals
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas
- Maintain and update existing websites, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines
- Optimize designs for speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness
- Stay up-to-date on web design trends, tools, and best practices
- Translate brand identity into intuitive and effective web layouts

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Web Designer or in a similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator
- Solid understanding of HTML/CSS (basic JavaScript is a plus)
- Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
