Job Type: Part-time (20 hours/week to start), potential for full-time
Rate: $480 per month (Based on experience)

About Us

We run a real estate investor marketing outreach agency, helping capital raisers and fund managers grow their investor lists using powerful digital marketing tools and automation systems. Our team is small, fast-moving, and focused on results.

We’re looking for a LinkedIn-savvy Virtual Assistant who can help us connect with potential investors and partners through well-organized, strategic LinkedIn outreach.

Responsibilities:
• Targeting, messaging, and engaging with 125 leads per week per LinkedIn profile
• Sending daily connection requests and follow-ups (scripts + strategy provided)
• Managing and updating LinkedIn inbox, tags, and replies
• Posting content 2x per week per LinkedIn profile
• Using ChatGPT (and/or Gemini) to help define brand voice, draft content, send messages, and engage on other people’s posts
• Logging all activity in Google Sheets and/or CRM
• Noting and booking qualified leads into our calendar
• Following up on pending connections and messages
• Weekly reporting on activity, leads, and conversations
• Supporting outreach team with additional tasks as needed

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience with LinkedIn lead generation and outreach
• Excellent written English and strong communication skills
• Reliable and detail-oriented with a consistent work ethic
• Organized with experience using Google Sheets, CRMs, and LinkedIn tools
• Able to work independently and follow processes
• Willing to work U.S. hours and provide daily updates
• Fast and stable internet connection

Bonus Points:
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel, Apollo, Sales Navigator, or other prospecting/lead generation tools
• Experience in real estate, finance, or lead generation
• Previous experience managing outreach campaigns or LinkedIn inboxes for clients
• Experience using ChatGPT or Gemini to create content or messaging strategies
