Job Title: Full Stack Mobile App Developer (Android & iOS) – Rideshare Platform

We’re looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to help bring our nearly-completed rideshare app across the finish line. Most of the core features have already been built, and we’re seeking someone experienced in both front-end and back-end development to polish, optimize, and prepare the app for launch on Android and iOS.

What’s Already Done:

Unified app design for both drivers and riders (no separate apps)

Real-time GPS tracking integration using Google Maps

Core communication features between drivers and riders

Ability for riders to favorite drivers, request rides immediately, or pre-book

Driver profiles auto-generated from sign-up info

Rider rating and review system (1–5 stars with comments)

In-app identity confirmation via live driver video stream

Driver payout system with instant bank transfers


What Still Needs to Be Done:

UI/UX polish for production-ready launch

Security enhancements and code review

Payment processing integration (Stripe, PayPal, Crypto support)

Driver availability notifications for favorited customers

Final testing and debugging on both Android and iOS platforms


Preferred Skills:

React Native (or strong mobile cross-platform experience)

Firebase, Node.js, or other back-end stack experience

Google Maps SDK integration

Experience building rideshare or delivery apps

Clean code habits and solid testing/debugging skills


Bonus:

Background in real-time messaging or video streaming

UI/UX design refinement

Push notification logic for custom ride requests
