Skilled Video Editor for High-Converting Facebook & Instagram Ads

Our e-commerce dropshipping brand is growing rapidly, and we’re seeking a highly skilled video editor to join our team and create high-converting ad creatives for Facebook & Instagram. This is a potential long-term position for someone who can execute based on a provided script and instructions. Your Role:
- Edit and produce high-converting video ads using provided scripts and raw footage.
- Create AI voiceovers with ElevenLabs.
- Add smooth transitions, captions, sound effects, and dynamic visuals.
- Optimize videos for Facebook & Instagram formats.
- Produce multiple ad variations (hooks, formats, lengths).

You must be proficient in:
- CapCut/Premiere Pro, etc.
- ElevenLabs
- Arcads / ai ads (bonus)

Requirements:
- Proven track record of creating winning Facebook ad creatives for brands/clients.
- Ability to execute from a script and follow a creative brief.
- Fluent in English (must understand marketing nuances).
- Experience in direct-response video editing.
