Hubspot Marketer - Drive new leads for our staffing business

Mission: Own HubSpot from end to end to generate a steady flow of qualified leads for our staffing agency.

Key Responsibilities
• Build, automate, and optimize multi?touch HubSpot campaigns (email, workflows, landing pages).
• Design lead?capture funnels and A/B test CTAs to hit weekly SQL targets.
• Segment and nurture prospects with behavior?based workflows that shorten sales cycles.
• Track, report, and improve funnel KPIs; publish quick?hit dashboards for execs.
• Collaborate with Sales to tighten MQL ? SQL hand?off and boost close rates.
