Position Title:
Social Media Brand Manager (Video Editing & Graphic Design Expert)

Work Hours:
Full-Time | Monday to Friday | Office is open 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST but hours can be flexible!

Salary:
PHP 75,000 – 100,000/month (Based on experience and skill level)

Remote

About the Role:
We are hiring a highly experienced and skilled Social Media Brand Manager to take full ownership of our online brand presence. This is not an entry-level position. You will be our in-house expert, responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing our content strategy across all platforms.

You must be confident in your ability to manage all aspects of social media, video production, and graphic design. Our team will rely on your expertise to lead this function and deliver a high-end, polished brand experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the company’s entire social media and branding strategy
Edit and produce short-form and long-form videos, teaser clips, and highlight reels
Design brand-aligned graphics for social platforms and marketing campaigns
Manage and maintain a content calendar and crossposting schedule
Syndicate podcast episodes to all major platforms (YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, etc.)
Use AI tools for creating captions, summarizing video content, and increasing output efficiency
Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels
Stay up to date with industry trends, content tools, and social media best practices
Communicate clearly with the team and align all content with business goals

Must-Have Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in social media management, video editing, and graphic design
Proven experience editing Reels, TikToks, YouTube content, and podcast clips
Advanced skills in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
Strong understanding of brand positioning and content strategy
Experience using AI tools (e.g. for captions, content generation, summarization)
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
Experience working with U.S.-based companies preferred
