Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Cold Caller / Appointment Setter – w/ Growth Opportunity

We’re Savvy Leads — a small, growing digital marketing agency helping local businesses win online with websites, SEO, and ads. We’re looking for a confident, friendly Business Development Rep to make outbound calls, qualify leads, and book appointments. You should be fluent in English, have experience with cold calling or appointment setting, and be comfortable making lots of calls per day. This is a flexible, remote role with some admin tasks and room to grow into more of the business over time. Pay starts at $300 to $500 per month based on performance and experience with opportunity for raises as we grow. We prefer someone who can work U.S. hours or partial overlap.
