Role Overview:

As a Sales Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving our growth. Your responsibilities will include:
• Generating and nurturing leads through engaging calls, tailored emails, and virtual demos.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Managing CRM records to track sales progress and effectively handle customer inquiries.
• Collaborating closely with the sales team to meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Closing deals with incoming leads promptly.
• Availability during standard Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours. Include the keyword in the Subject line "DREAM JOB"

Qualifications:
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and customer service (experience in tax software or financial services is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of the English language.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., GHL) and video conferencing platforms.
• A proactive self-starter with reliable internet, capable of thriving in an independent work environment.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, requiring availability from 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Standard Time. After a 6-month probationary period, you’ll qualify for 3 vacation days and 3 sick days.
