The Transaction Coordinator plays a key role in managing the contract-to-close process for all real estate transactions. You’ll act as the central point of communication between clients, agents, attorneys, lenders, inspectors, and other stakeholders. Your goal is to keep everyone informed, ensure compliance with key deadlines, and provide top-notch support so our clients feel confident and cared for every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for buyers, sellers, lenders, attorneys, and other parties involved in the transaction.
Manage the transaction timeline from contract to close, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Schedule inspections, appraisals, and walkthroughs as needed.
Coordinate document signatures and maintain complete, organized transaction files.
Track and follow up on contingency removals, loan approvals, title work, and closing disclosures.
Review contracts and documents for accuracy and completeness.
Provide prompt and professional communication to clients, addressing any questions or concerns throughout the transaction.
Ensure compliance with legal, brokerage, and industry standards.
Update and maintain transaction management systems and CRM platforms.
Support agents with administrative tasks related to their transactions as needed.
*Previous transaction coordinating work is a must. Bonus if you have done transaction coordination based out of Georgia, USA. There will be a large amount of communication with US based clients, so English proficency is a must.
