We’re a fast-growing creative agency working with real estate professionals in the US and Europe. Our team includes highly-skilled designers and operators — and now we’re looking for a world-class Project Manager to help us scale to the next level.

What You’ll Do
Manage creative projects from start to finish — assign tasks, track timelines, unblock designers, and keep everything moving
Interface directly with clients — update them, gather inputs, manage expectations, and build relationships
Build and optimize systems — help document SOPs, streamline workflows, and implement new tools
Own daily execution — show up, speak up, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
Drive accountability — to deadlines, to quality, to performance
Tools You Must Already Know Cold
? Notion (project and SOP creation)
? Trello (task tracking)
? Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
? Slack, Loom, Zoom, Calendar hygiene
Bonus points if you’ve also used:
Canva / Figma (even just for previews)
Zapier / Make (automation tools)
Any CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)
Who You Are
???? A systems thinker — you don’t just manage chaos, you eliminate it
???? Extremely organized — you love color-coding, lists, and seeing things ship
????? Fluent in English, written and spoken, with a polished and professional presence
???? Comfortable working directly with US/EU-based clients
???? Hungry to grow — not just clock in, clock out
???? 2+ years managing creative or marketing projects remotely
