Virtual Assistant for U.S. Digital Marketing Agency (Full-Time)

We're looking for several full-time, long-term Virtual Assistants who are smart, detail-oriented, and ready to grow with a team that values speed, reliability, and results. You’ll work directly with the Owner/Operator, Christopher, daily. We’re building a dream team – and we don’t tolerate drama, delays, or excuses.

Key Responsibilities:

HighLevel knowledge ( ---------- )

Admin support (emails, task tracking, CRM updates)

Social media content scheduling (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube Shorts)

Basic graphic editing using Canva or similar

Updating WordPress websites (Elementor Pro is a bonus)

Updating WIX and SquareSpace websites


Email marketing support (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo)

File management (Google Drive, Dropbox)

Daily check-ins and status reports


Requirements:

Excellent English communication (written and verbal)

Reliable internet connection with backup plan

Must be responsive and online during U.S. business hours (EST preferred)

Fast learner with a proactive mindset

Must not work for multiple clients – this is a dedicated role

Experience working with U.S. clients is a plus

Salary & Benefits:

Starting salary: $500-$1K/month depending on experience

Performance bonuses
