Real Estate Virtual Assistant – Rental Transactions (Long-Term)

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to help with our real estate rental transactions. This is a long-term, part-time role with performance-based growth potential.

You will be working closely with a licensed real estate agent, helping manage 7+ rental deals per month.

Responsibilities:
• Post rental listings on Facebook Marketplace, Zillow, and other platforms
• Respond to tenant inquiries and collect lead info
• Pre-screen tenants (income, rental history, etc.)
• Schedule showings and manage the agent’s calendar
• Assist with rental applications and lease paperwork (using templates)
• Upload documents to Skyslope or other CRMs
• Follow up with applicants, landlords, and clients as needed
• Stay organized and communicate regularly with the team.
