Tech Support Person

We’re looking for a tech support person to keep our daily operations and client systems running smoothly.

What you'll do:

- Provide clients with guidance on setting up domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) to improve email deliverability.

- Access and manage clients’ email accounts to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

- Suggest improvements to boost open rates and inbox placement.

- Connect client accounts to our CRM.

- Liaise with support teams for tools like Slack and Instantly.

A plus:
- If you can assist in the development of our AI Bot and generate e-reports or statistics on campaign performance.
