Sales Lead / Manager

Location: Remote (East Region Preferred)
Type: Full-time

Penji is expanding our reach, and the East Team needs a driven, strategic Sales Lead to guide growth. You’ll lead a remote sales team focused on helping businesses subscribe to our design services, all while coaching, closing, and building lasting client relationships.

What You’ll Do:
• Lead and scale the East Team’s sales force
• Set and implement growth strategies for Eastern markets
• Partner with marketing to optimize lead generation and funnels
• Review metrics, run training sessions, and refine processes
• Act as a key client liaison and feedback channel

What You Bring:
• 3+ years of experience in sales leadership (preferably SaaS or creative services)
• Proven track record of hitting KPIs and building strong teams
• Experience managing remote teams across time zones
• Great communication and negotiation skills
• CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
