Role Overview
We're looking for a talented and forward-thinking Fashion Designer to join our creative team. You’ll play a key role in shaping Persona’s seasonal collections—from initial concept to final samples—helping us deliver elevated basics and standout essentials for both men and women.

What You’ll Do

Research global fashion trends, materials, and colors to inform seasonal direction

Create mood boards, sketches, and technical drawings that reflect Persona’s aesthetic

Create detailed tech packs

Collaborate with our founder and product team to develop cohesive, innovative collections

Work closely with suppliers to oversee sampling, fit, and production processes

Ensure all designs meet Persona’s standards for quality, wearability, and brand identity

Stay updated on sustainable practices and integrate them into the design process

What You’ll Bring

Experience in fashion design (womenswear, menswear, or both)

Strong portfolio showcasing technical skill, creative vision, and garment construction knowledge

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator), CLO 3D or similar software

Excellent communication and time management skills

Passion for contemporary fashion, clean design, and high-quality fabrics

A sharp eye for detail and a collaborative mindset

Bonus if You Have:

Experience working with overseas manufacturers (especially in China)

Knowledge of pattern-making and textile development

Interest in sustainable and ethical fashion practices
