Virtual Assistant for B2B Lead Generation (Creative Industry)

I run a creative agency based in Sydney called DAM Creatives, and I’m looking for a Virtual Assistant to help with lead generation and business development. Your main role will be to research potential clients—mainly in Sydney and across Australia—and reach out to them via email to introduce our services and secure discovery calls.

What You’ll Do:
• Research brands and businesses in fashion, fitness, wellness, and lifestyle industries
• Find relevant contacts (marketing, brand, or social media managers) via LinkedIn or company websites
• Send outreach emails using templates (with room for personalization)
• Track responses and follow-ups
• Suggest new leads based on target client profiles

What I’m Looking For:
• Strong research skills (especially using LinkedIn)
• Attention to detail when finding accurate contact info
• Good written English and email etiquette
• Proactive and methodical approach to outreach
• Bonus: Experience with Australian businesses or previous lead gen work for agencies

This will start with a few hours per week, with the potential to grow over time.
