Job Function & KPIs
Job Functions:

Review staging websites to ensure alignment with client expectations and design specifications.

Quickly test websites for major bugs and errors.

Identify and document bugs, inconsistencies, and usability issues for the development team.

Insert and modify content into websites using major CMS editors (Webflow, WordPress, Shopify).

Verify the functionality of all links, forms, and interactive elements.

Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to efficiently resolve identified issues.

Help our team improve our company-wide QA processes, checklists, and testing methodologies.
Performance Will Be Measured By:

Number of bugs and errors identified post-launch.

Thoroughness of data entry and identifying design inconsistencies and functional errors.

Speed / Ability to meet project deadlines.

Effectiveness in communicating feedback to the team.

Improvements suggested to QA & Data Entry processes.

Required Skills & Experience
Required:

Experience in QA & Content Entry within web design or digital agencies.

Strong understanding of web design principles, UX best practices, and responsive design.

Moderate expertise within front-end editors inside of WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, and other web platforms.

Proficiency in identifying design inconsistencies, functional errors, and areas for improvement.

Excellent Written English (for grammar testing + proofreading).

Experience using QA/testing tools (e.g., BrowserStack, DevTools, ClickUp, Jira).
Helpful, but not required:

Web Development (CSS / HTML / JS).

Knowledge of web accessibility standards.

Understanding of SEO best practices.

Compensation Structure
Full time, salaried. $ ---------- USD / MO
