We're Hiring: Video Editor for YouTube Long form videos

Are you obsessed with storytelling, scroll-stopping edits, and turning raw footage into binge-worthy content?
We’re looking for a skilled and creative video editor who can bring energy, polish, and strategy to our YouTube videos AND repurpose them into high-performing short-form clips for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

This is for you if you:
-Know how to edit long-form content to keep viewers hooked and engaged (think: jump cuts, zooms, pattern interrupts, hooks, and value stacking)
-Understand what makes short-form content go viral (hook in 3 seconds, retention tactics, captions, subtitles, emojis, etc.)
-Can match a brand voice and make edits feel dynamic, modern, and platform-native
-Are proactive, fast, and always improving your craft
-Love taking initiative and aren’t afraid to speak up if something could be done better
-Can follow directions and get the project donw.

What You’ll Be Doing:
-Editing weekly YouTube videos (8–20 mins) into clean, sharp, high-retention content
-Creating 3–5 short-form reels from each episode that feel native to IG, TikTok, and YT Shorts
-Adding dynamic captions, motion graphics, B-roll, ---------- s, and transitions to bring videos to life
-Collaborating with our marketing team to ensure content aligns with performance goals

Staying on top of video trends, audio ---------- s, and viral formats

Bonus if you:
-Have edited for coaches, creators, or real estate entrepreneurs
-Understand storytelling and conversion psychology
-Have experience using Descript, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar
