What You'll Do:

Make outbound calls to leads 2-5 minutes after they're received to schedule appointments
Follow up on existing clients to rebook them for appointments.
Keep track of all interactions in our CRM system, ensuring every detail is captured
Assist with administrative tasks like data entry and client emails
Attend tea ---------- etings and training sessions to stay updated and improve your skills
Maintain and update call scripts, working closely with the sales team for continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For:

Strong English communication skills (C1 level)
Experience in cold calling or telemarketing
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Positive attitude, especially when faced with rejection
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team
