Link Builder Specialist

We’re seeking a results-driven Link Building Specialist to secure high-authority, relevant backlinks to core evergreen content, improving visibility and performance in search. You’ll lead outreach campaigns from strategy through execution, with support from SEO and PR leadership but significant autonomy in daily operations. You will be working 50 hours/week during US business hours and receive weekly payments.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute link building campaigns targeting key investing and personal finance pages
• Identify and qualify outreach prospects
• Manage campaign workflow, outreach emails, and timelines
• Pitch 5–10 quality backlinks per month and report on domain authority, relevance, backlink URLs, and anchor text
• Track and analyze campaign KPIs; identify areas for improvement
• Use proven digital marketing tactics to enhance site authority

Qualifications
• Proven success in link building for financial services or related industries
• Strong writing, outreach, and campaign management skills
• Familiarity with The Motley Fool’s brand, mission, and voice
• Ability to create compelling content and communicate with authority
• Demonstrated autonomy and accountability in past roles
