Work-from-home, flexible hours, consistent weekly work
Hi there! I’m looking for a skilled and dependable podcast producer to fully support my weekly show. I run a growing online brand that helps moms navigate breastfeeding with expert, compassionate guidance. I handle the content—now I’m ready for someone who can step in and take care of the post-production, publishing, and content repurposing with care and consistency.
This is a part-time, long-term role. I’m looking for someone who loves keeping things polished and on schedule, can communicate clearly, and enjoys taking ownership of the full podcast process from start to finish.
?
What You’ll Be Doing Each Week:
• Sync audio from GarageBand with video footage (either from my webcam or Riverside for guest episodes)
• Add in pre-recorded intro and outro
• Edit the full episode (remove background noise, awkward pauses, filler words, improve flow)
• Upload and publish the full episode to YouTube (including title, description, and thumbnail)
• Create 3–6 engaging short clips from each episode to be used as YouTube Shorts
• Write short, polished show notes and episode summaries
• Upload the final podcast audio to Captivate.fm and schedule the release
• Embed the episode and show notes into my WordPress blog (following the structure already in place)
• Light guest coordination (reminders or confirmations—no outreach required)
• Help keep me on track with upcoming episodes, deadlines, or content reminders
?
How I Work:
• I record audio using GarageBand and video using my webcam
• Guest interviews are recorded via Riverside
• Raw files are dropped into a shared Google Drive folder
• I’d love to collaborate with you on the best delivery workflow that works for both of us
?
What I’m Looking For:
• Strong experience in both audio and video editing
• Familiarity with YouTube Shorts formatting and clean transitions
• Ability to write brief, well-structured show notes and summaries
• Understanding of podcast publishing (Captivate.fm or similar platforms)
• Experience embedding and formatting posts in WordPress
• Proactive communication, organization, and a self-motivated work style
• Bonus if you’ve supported other podcast hosts and enjoy working independently
?
Workload:
• Estimated 8–10 hours/week (around 30–40 hours/month)
• Consistent weekly work with a stable, flexible schedule
?
How to Apply (please read carefully):
Please send:
1. A short note about why you’d love to work with me and support this podcast
2. Links to podcast episodes or YouTube videos you’ve edited—I’d love to see and hear your work
3. Your current availability and the editing tools you typically use
4. And to show me you’ve read everything carefully, please include your favorite dessert in the subject line of your message
?
This is a great fit for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being part of a brand that supports real families, and wants to bring creativity and consistency to a show that helps moms feel seen and supported. If that sounds like you, I’d love to hear from you!
