We are a growing recruitment business specializing in medical device, life sciences, and dental industries, with a strong focus on sales and executive-level positions. We are looking for a dedicated Recruiting Assistant to help with candidate sourcing and research. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding qualified candidates for our clients using a variety of resources, including LinkedIn, our CRM (Zoho), and
Key Responsibilities:
Use LinkedIn, Zoho CRM, and
Assist in managing and updating candidate pipelines within our CRM.
Conduct initial research to identify potential candidates based on job descriptions and hiring criteria.
Reach out to candidates through LinkedIn,
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates in Zoho CRM.
Provide support in screening and shortlisting candidates based on initial outreach and research.
Assist in preparing candidate profiles and summaries for client presentations.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred but not required.
Strong research and sourcing skills, particularly using LinkedIn,
Familiarity with the medical device, life sciences, and dental industries is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
