Job Summary:
The Appointment Setter will be responsible for initiating and maintaining conversations via text and direct messages (DMs) with inbound leads. Your primary goal will be to qualify leads and schedule them for sales calls with our team. You must be comfortable managing high-volume communication, working independently, and following proven messaging scripts while adapting to each lead’s needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound leads via text and direct messaging platforms promptly and professionally.

Follow up with leads consistently using our CRM and outreach tools.

Qualify leads based on provided criteria to ensure a good fit for our services.

Schedule and confirm sales calls between leads and our sales team.

Maintain detailed records of all lead interactions and outcomes.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.

Occasionally support weekend lead activity as needed.

Qualifications:

Excellent English. Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.

Dependable, and fast wifi and laptop/computer.

Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, or customer service preferred.

Comfortable with high-volume texting/direct messaging.

Ability to manage and organize tasks using CRM tools (e.g., ---------- , raz/sendblue).

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Must be available full-time Monday through Friday (8 hours/day), with occasional weekend availability.

Stock trading experience or familiarity with trading terminology is a strong plus.

Bonus If You Have:

Experience working in the financial or investment industry.

Knowledge of stock market concepts and trading strategies.

Experience working in a remote team environment.
