Manual Product Availability Checker / Ecommerce VA

We are looking for a virtual assistant (VA) to manually check product availability for our ecommerce stores (such as Aritzia, Zara, Skims). The VA will be provided with a list of URLs and required to verify in-stock status for each product, including size, color, and store location, then update the details in a Google Sheet. This position requires high attention to detail and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manually check product availability from various online stores.
- Record and update the information in a spreadsheet (Google Sheets / Excel).
- Follow clear guidelines for data entry.
- Track and report availability for 150-200 products weekly.

Bonus if you have:
- Experience with ecommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, WooCommerce)
- Knowledge of fashion/ecommerce terms.

Will start requiring part-time availability with potential for larger projects
