Instagram DM Appointment Setter

Remote | Long-Term Opportunity

We’re a growing online fitness and nutrition coaching company looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and personable DM Setter to join our team. This is a remote, long-term position for someone who thrives in conversations, enjoys helping others, and can confidently guide people from initial contact to a booked appointment.

*Must have prior experience as an appointment setter on instagram.

What You'll Be Responsible For:
-Managing and replying to inbound DMs on Instagram
-Sending outbound outreach messages to new leads daily
-Responding to all comments on our Instagram ads and posts
-Completing daily follow-ups with leads who haven’t responded
-Booking calls with qualified leads through warm, value-based conversations
-Updating and maintaining a daily metrics tracker for all DM conversations, follow-ups, and bookings

Ideal Candidate:
-Fluent in English (written and conversational)
-Experienced in Instagram and DM-based sales or appointment setting
-Personable, friendly, and able to match our brand’s tone
-Organized and consistent with daily tasks and follow-through
-Comfortable working with scripts, tracking data, and taking feedback
-Must be available to work during U.S. da ---------- and nighttime hours

KPIs You’ll Be Measured On:
-Number of conversations started
-Response rate and engagement in DMs
-Follow-up completion rate
-Number of qualified calls booked
-Daily accuracy of the metrics tracker
