Virtual assistant/ digital marketing consultant

We’re looking for a thoughtful and detail-oriented Virtual Marketing Consultant / VA to support the growth of our fine jewelry brand. This role blends creative and administrative tasks, including managing social media, assisting with email marketing, and maintaining our online presence. Ideal candidates have a strong eye for aesthetics, a genuine interest in design, and experience in digital marketing within a creative industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and curate content for Instagram and Pinterest
• Assist with email campaigns and monthly newsletters (Mailchimp)
• Update product listings and visuals on Shopify
• Conduct light research on trends, press, or potential collaborators
• Support planning and coordination of marketing campaigns and launches

Requirements:
• Experience in digital marketing or virtual assistance, ideally in fashion, design, or lifestyle brands
• Familiarity with Canva, Shopify, Klaviyo/Mailchimp, and social scheduling tools
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Fluent with Meta business suite, and google ads
