Hey there, Patrick Fulop here, founder and CEO of ---------- .

If you're the one, I'm really looking forward to meeting you.

Our company has grown by leaps and bounds since its inception in 2021, and I've been trying to hire a VA for about two months now, but so far, nobody has met my high standards for professionalism and efficiency.

Prior to that, I had been doing all of the customer service myself for the past 4 years, and with about 500 orders coming in every month on Shopify and Amazon, that had become way too time-consuming and was preventing me from doing more of what I'm great at, which is to SELL!

Consequently, that's where you would come in.

Daily tasks include:
- Prioritizing and handling customer inquiries via email, text, phone, and DM.
- Providing shipping updates.
- Dealing with shipping companies to resolve delivery issues.
- Talking to various suppliers and service providers.
- Answering common questions about our products and closing sales.
- Various other tasks to help me be more productive.
- Etc.


The job is relatively simple, and I have templates and procedures in place to respond effectively to all the most common situations, but that being said, it is not easy.

It also requires good judgment, attention to detail, and a willingness to work hard for our valued customers, to save them the trouble and offer them an outstanding customer experience.

To be honest, this is the main reason I've put off hiring a VA for so long.

I've really been going above and beyond for our customers, and that—along with a highly innovative, patented, industry-disrupting product—is why we've earned a 4.9 AVERAGE star rating.

I need someone who can do the same or better.

I'm also crazy busy, so I need someone who can catch on fast with minimal training.

I need someone I can trust to work hard with minimal supervision and just get things done.

I need a superstar.

If that's you, I promise it will be worth your while. There is a lot of room for growth within our company, and a lot of room for our company to grow in the marketplace.

If you think you're up for the challenge, here are the requirements:

(1) Fluent in English, spoken and written. You have to sound American.
(2) Experience working as an Executive Assistant.
(3) Experience in customer service via phone, text, and email.
(4) Comfortable with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and shipping platforms such as ShipStation.
(5) Social media knowhow.
(6) Proficient in Gmail, Word, Excel, and general computer skills.

Aside from these, the following would be nice to have and would give you an advantage over other applicants:
(+) Experience in sales.
(+) Experience with management and leadership.
(+) Familiar with Jiu-Jitsu and MMA.


As for the job, it would be during my working hours, which are about 10 AM to 4 PM Eastern Time, Monday to Friday. This means about 10 PM to 4 AM, Monday to Saturday, your time.

However, as we get more comfortable working together and you become more independent, you can enjoy a somewhat more flexible schedule. As long as the work gets done.

Furthermore, if this works well, you'll surely have access to more responsibility and possibly even have the opportunity to hire one or more assistants of your own as we grow the company.
