Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Virtual Assistant specializing in GoHighLevel and Marketing to manage our account and support our marketing efforts. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our white labeled GoHighLevel platform, ensuring campaigns run smoothly, automations are working correctly, and our CRM is well-maintained. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, possesses strong technical skills within the GoHighLevel ecosystem, and is open to leveraging new technologies.

Core Responsibilities:
GoHighLevel Account Management
Set up, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns (email, SMS).
Build and manage automations and workflows
Create and maintain landing pages and forms
Manage the CRM: organizing contacts, tagging, and list segmentation
Set up and manage pipelines and opportunity stages
Troubleshoot technical issues within GoHighLevel
Generate reports on campaign performance and key metrics
Stay updated on new GoHighLevel features and best practices

Email & Social Media Marketing and Lead generation

Requirements:
Proven experience working extensively with GoHighLevel is essential.
Please detail your specific GHL experience in your application.
Strong understanding of marketing automation concepts and CRM management.
Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
Willingness and ability to learn and utilize AI tools and explore AI integrations relevant to marketing automation and GoHighLevel tasks (e.g., AI for copywriting, process optimization)
Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment.
Tech-savvy and able to learn new software quickly
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Familiarity with project management tools
Experience with email marketing and lead generation
