Outbound Sales

Job Description: As an Outbound Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for calling on our client's list of potential clients and asking for relevant details that will make the next call more productive. The end goal is to find uncover a need with a decision maker and transfer the call. This is a work-from-home position but if you live near the Subic area it could be an in office job where we provide all of the equipment. .

Key Responsibilities:
• Call potential clients who have shown interest or worked with the company in the past
• Engage and build rapport with clients over the phone.
• Understand clients' needs and effectively communicate to get new data points or a warm lead to transfer.
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly data gathering and potential placement goals.
• Available to work during EST hours (New York time)

Requirements:
• Fluent in American English with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
• Experience in sales and closing prospects is required.
