Social Media Virtual Assistant (SMM VA)

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Management Virtual Assistant (SMM VA) to support our social media efforts across multiple client accounts in various niches. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in using Canva, understands social media trends, and can confidently manage multiple platforms. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing posts and short-form videos, setting up new profiles, building monthly content calendars, and generating performance reports for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design engaging social media posts and short videos using Canva
- Manage social media profiles on major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Develop and maintain monthly content calendars for each client/account
- Research trends and competitor activity to inform content strategy
- Collaborate with internal teams or clients to ensure brand consistency and alignment
- Write clear, concise, and on-brand captions for each post
- Schedule and publish content using scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, etc.)
- Track key performance metrics and prepare monthly reports for clients
- Make data-driven recommendations for improving content and engagement
- Stay updated with the latest social media best practices and tools

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media management or as a virtual assistant
- Strong skills in Canva (graphics + video editing)
- Familiarity with various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
- Excellent written English and communication skills
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts across different industries
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- Self-motivated and proactive in suggesting improvements
- Experience using tools like Monday
