GHL Mobile App Creation

We need it to be IDX based

We are using Homestack, a white labeled app, made for Real Estate
Details can be found on ----------
We would like to replace the monthly cost of Homestack, $300, with the Pro Plan of GHL
We have seen examples like: ----------
We have heard of people using a platform called ----------
or that it works with a platform called ----------

All this IDX is needed because we use the Miami MLS system to integrate homes into our App
This is all we know, we are not tech savvy so please do not ask us technical questions

We have logos for the UI but that is it, nothing else, the rest is up to you.

The biggest reason we do not move forward with someone is poor communication or communication is fair but does not meet our standard for busy business owners, please review our communication requirements: ----------

If you want to make a custom app and ignore my request, please give a quote upfront as estimate and explain why this is better than my idea
My main goal is cost savings here

Lastly, please do not ask us questions unless they are mandatory. We dislike being forced to answer questions that can be answered themselves and points will be deducted for excessive requests from us
