Full-Time – Remote – Base Pay + Commission + Bonuses

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who’s ready to dive into a fast-moving sales role across our family of businesses: landscaping, metal buildings, and marketing services.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Respond to inbound leads and cold leads across multiple industries
- Follow up, follow through, and follow back until they buy or die
- Sell lawn care packages, landscaping projects, carports, garages, websites, and more
- Handle everything from lead to close (this is NOT a setter-closer model)
- Keep clients happy and get that 5-star review
- Encourage referrals and plug our partner program

Pay Structure:
- Base Pay + Commission + Bonuses
- Fast and experienced closers can easily make $3,000+/month
- Bonuses, incentives, and long-term opportunity for growth
- Get promoted FAST if you can sell and lead

Requirements:
- Must be a self-starter with real hustle
- Great communicator (text, call, email)
- Organized enough to manage your own leads and pipeline
- Not afraid to chase the sale - persist without being annoying
- Experience in sales is a plus, but not required if you’re hungry and coachable
