We are seeking a Senior Developer with significant project management experience to lead our development team and work closely with the CEO to achieve key business milestones.

Role Overview:
As the Senior Developer / Project Manager, you will take charge of managing the development process, ensuring timely delivery of sprints, and solving any roadblocks that arise. You must be a natural-born leader, with exceptional leadership and communication skills, as well as a keen eye for detail. In this role, you will ensure the team operates efficiently, unblocks issues quickly, and consistently meets project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
Work directly with the CEO to align on project goals, coordinate with the team, and drive projects forward.
Lead and manage the development team to deliver sprints on time, every time.
Act as the key point of contact for ensuring smooth communication across the team and stakeholderz.
Unblock tea ---------- mbers promptly by identifying and resolving any roadblocks or technical issues.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring that the quality of work meets or exceeds expectations.
Manage project timelines, resources, and scope to ensure efficient and successful delivery of key milestones.
Foster a positive, high-performance team environment, providing mentorship and leadership.
Regularly report progress, risks, and blockrs to the CEO and propose solutions when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
-8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a lead project management role.-
-Natural leadership skills, with a proven ability to lead teams and manage projects from start to finish.
-Excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate project goals and align tea ---------- mbers.
-Strong problem-solving abilities to unblock tea ---------- mbers efficiently and ensure smooth progress.
-High attention to detail, ensuring quality control and that no critical aspects are overlooked.
-Extensive experience with Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and project management tools.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and juggle multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience working directly with C-suite executives and handling high-stakes projects.
-A proactive mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes and team productivity.
