JOB OVERVIEW

Virtual Assistant – Solar & Real Estate Operations | Self-Starter Wanted

Position Type: Part-Time to Full-Time (20–40 hrs/week)
Timezone: Must overlap at least 4 hours with US Central Time (CST)
Work Remotely
Starting Pay: $4–6/hour (based on experience) + performance-based bonuses

ABOUT THIS ROLE

I’m building something big in the solar and real estate space—and I’m looking for someone to build it with me. This isn’t a basic VA job. I need someone sharp, resourceful, and organized—who loves systems, problem-solving, and getting things DONE.

You’ll be helping with day-to-day operations, team coordination, and backend tasks... but more than that, I want someone who will bring ideas to the table, own projects, and help grow this into something bigger than both of us.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Organize and update leads in Go High Level (CRM)

Follow up with solar prospects via text/email

Keep my Gmail inbox and calendar in sync and streamlined

Schedule appointments via Calendly

Post and manage job ads for solar door knockers (setters)

Track deal flow, commissions, no-shows, and performance metrics

Run simple research and create SOPs as we grow

Be the behind-the-scenes operator that keeps the machine moving

BONUS IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN:

Go High Level or other CRMs

Recruiting or onboarding VAs or sales reps

Solar or real estate industries

Building out automation or workflows

Writing copy or creating SOPs/templates
