Marketing Automation - SEM - PPC - AdWords - Facebook Ads Rock Star

We are looking for an honest, competent, hard working marketing automation and SEM specialist who wants a secure, full-time job. You will need to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of marketing automation, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebooks Ads, etc.

You will be supported by a team that includes project managers, graphic designers, copywriters, web developers, programmers, SEO specialists, etc. The people who own and run the company are across everything you'll be doing and have a deep understanding of your role and what it involves. This is not a job for pretenders. If you don't know what you are doing we'll figure that out within minutes.

In addition to being an AdWords pro, you will need to demonstrate knowledge of marketing automation. We use Mautic, but experience with Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot, etc will all be well regarded. You will need to understand sales funnels and how to set up automation sequences, how to segment leads, how to set up A/B split tests, etc. If you do not know this stuff, do NOT apply.

Salary is up to P50,000 monthly (negotiable for the right person) depending upon your prior experience and previous pay scale. We are based in Manila, and payment is made fortnightly in Pesos, via direct credit to your BPI bank account.

We like to think that we’re a good company to work for and are happy for applicants to speak with some of our other employees first, just to check us out. You'll need EXCELLENT English skills. You will rarely or never have to interact with clients directly, but you have to be able to competently edit ads, landing pages, emails, forms, etc.

We have had some bad experiences using remote workers - but a whole lot more happy ones. This is a full-time job. You CANNOT work for other employers. You'll be allocated work through the Teamwork project management system, with full-time tracking on all tasks, including randomised screen shots. We have become completely intolerant of BS. Treat us well, and you'll get the same and more in return.
