Social Media and Marketing Manager

About Us:
Space Cowboys is an off-grid, space-themed desert escape near Big Bend National Park. We host intergalactic travelers in custom-designed space pods and shuttle buses, surrounded by wild nature and cosmic vibes. We’re looking for a creative social media manager who can help us grow our presence, attract new guests, and bring our brand to life online.

What You’ll Do:
• Plan and schedule posts for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Write on-brand captions (spacey, witty, mysterious — with a cowboy twist)
• Reply to comments, DMs, tags — build community with travelers and fans
• Design content using Canva or similar (graphics, reels, carousels, short-form videos)
• Create and run paid ads (Meta Ads + Google preferred)
• Track performance and suggest improvements
• Help brainstorm and manage promos, influencer collabs, and seasonal campaigns
• (Bonus) Help tweak Airbnb listings, email newsletters, and blog content

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience managing social media accounts for travel, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
• Solid writing skills with a playful voice
• Familiar with Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads
• Canva, CapCut, or other design/editing tools experience
• Able to work independently and follow brand tone
• Bonus: Knows the Texas desert, Big Bend, or vanlife/off-grid travel culture
