Virtual Assistant – Blogging, Social Media, SEO & Showit Website Support (Part-Time/Flexible)

Are you a savvy virtual assistant with a love for content creation, SEO, and modern web design?
We’re looking for someone who can help elevate our luxury wedding photography brand through consistent blogging, strategic social media content, and light website updates using Showit.

This is a remote, flexible role (5–10 hours per week to start) with the potential to grow.

Key Responsibilities:
Write and publish engaging, SEO-optimized blog posts (we’ll provide photo sets and rough outlines)

Perform keyword research and implement best SEO practices (meta titles, alt text, H1s/H2s, internal links)

Craft compelling Instagram and Facebook captions that align with our brand voice

Upload blog content and galleries to our Showit website (must know Showit inside and out)

Add/update image alt text, page titles, and blog formatting for SEO

Schedule social media posts using platforms like Later or Buffer

Assist with basic Canva graphics or Instagram Reels templates as needed

Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience with blog writing and on-page SEO

Strong knowledge of social media marketing (especially for creative brands)

Comfortable working inside Showit (non-negotiable)

Experience with WordPress blog integrations, basic HTML is a plus

Proficient in SEO tools like Yoast, RankMath, or Ubersuggest

Familiar with image optimization and alt text best practices

Able to match and maintain a brand voice that’s elegant, bold, and editorial

Bonus: Experience in the wedding or creative service industry

Ideal Candidate:
Has strong communication and organizational skills

Is reliable, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented

Has a good eye for visuals and understands how to tell a story through both words and images

Loves working behind the scenes and supporting brand growth
