Efficiency Group Australia (operating as Full Cleanse Cleaning) is a high-performing domestic and commercial cleaning company servicing businesses that value a clean, safe, and uplifting work environment. We’re known for our reliability, attention to detail, and people-first culture — and we’re growing fast.

We’re looking for a proactive, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to join our team part-time (20 hours/week). You’ll play a dual role:
???? Sales Assistant — nurturing leads, sending emails, making calls, managing CRM
???? Marketing Assistant — writing social media posts, planning content, keeping us visible and valuable

???? Your Role Will Include:

Sales Support (Approx. 10 hours/week):
Conduct cold outreach via email and phone (scripts + sequences provided)
Qualify leads and build rapport with businesses
Book walkthroughs or discovery calls for our management team
Keep our CRM (HubSpot) clean and updated
Handle follow-ups and nurture warm leads
Report weekly on key KPIs and performance

Marketing Support (Approx. 10 hours/week):
Plan weekly social media content based on themes
Write short, engaging, brand-aligned posts (pain point + value + CTA)
Use our content calendar and schedule for review and publishing
Track content performance and contribute to growth ideas

Can follow a proven process but aren’t afraid to suggest improvements
Are familiar with HubSpot, Canva, Gmail, and Google Sheets/Docs
Love systems, structure, and getting results
Enjoy working independently with support from a positive, fast-paced team

? You’re not confident speaking with people on the phone — this role includes warm and cold outreach where confidence and clarity are key.
? You’re not completely fluent in English — both written and spoken. You’ll be representing our brand to potential clients and need to communicate professionally and clearly.
? You struggle with rejection — sales comes with “no’s” and objections. You’ll need resilience and a solution-focused attitude.
? You don’t know how to use Canva (or aren’t willing to learn quickly) — Canva is our primary tool for social media content.
? You aren’t confident using tools like HubSpot, Google Docs, Sheets, or email — we use these daily and need you to be comfortable navigating digital systems.
? You require constant supervision — we support our team, but you’ll need to be self-motivated and able to manage your time independently.
? You don’t believe in going the extra mile — this role is for someone who wants to grow with us, not just tick boxes.

Hours: 20 hours/week (somewhat flexible times, but needs overlap with AEST during outreach hours)
Start: ASAP
Pay: Weekly $180 AUD per week.
Growth Opportunities: Hours, wage and responsibilities could grow depending on value and ROI brought into business
