CRM Development using Glide App

We’re a real estate company looking to streamline our internal operations through a custom GlideApps platform. We're seeking an experienced GlideApps developer to help us build a lightweight, user-friendly internal system — combining a CRM, dashboard, and tools to manage our property pipeline, client activity, and internal workflows.

This is a fast-moving project, and we’re looking for someone who can help us move from structure to execution quickly using the Glide platform.

???? Core Features Needed:
1. Cold Call Log

Allow agents to log outbound calls directly in the app.
Automatically track and calculate:
Number of calls made
Number of proposals sent
Number of appointments booked
Generate performance statistics to help agents understand their close ratios.

2. Agent Pipeline Manager

Visual pipeline to help agents track:
Proposals
Listings
Closings
Ability to move deals through stages and view status at a glance.

3. Performance Dashboard

Centralized dashboard for leadership to monitor:
Company revenue (monthly)
Number of active agents
Team performance and other key metrics
Clean, simple layout for quick decision-making.

4. Training Hub — “NAC University”

Ability to easily upload and organize training materials (videos, PDFs).
Serve as an onboarding and continuing education platform for new and existing agents.
Bonus if the platform can track course completions or engagement.

5. Contract Generation Tool

In-app form where agents enter offer or lease details.
Auto-generate purchase agreements or lease agreements from form data.
Stretch Goal: Integrate or connect with an e-signature solution (if Glide supports) — open to your recommendations.

Strong experience with GlideApps (please share examples of past work).
Ability to translate business workflows into clean, easy-to-use interfaces.
Familiarity with real estate industry processes is a plus.
Excellent communication — proactive, organized, and collaborative.
Solution-oriented and comfortable suggesting creative workarounds or third-party integrations if needed.
