We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us deliver a 5-star experience to every client.

What You’ll Do
Respond to client inquiries via phone, text, and email in a professional and friendly manner
Schedule and reschedule cleaning appointments
Coordinate job details with our cleaning teams
Update calendars, records, and client notes in our CRM
Handle basic administrative tasks such as report generation and inbox management
Manage online reviews and client follow-ups
Help keep our website and social media platforms updated
Support the team with other day-to-day business tasks as needed

Qualifications
2+ years of experience in customer service, virtual assistant, or administrative roles
Fluent in English — both written and spoken
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Experience using tools like Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets), CRMs, and VoIP platforms
Reliable internet connection and backup power
A quiet workspace and good quality headset for taking calls
Must be punctual, self-motivated, and dependable

Work Schedule
Must be available to work EST business hours (New York time)
Occasional weekend support may be requested depending on call volume
Full-time position (40 hours per week)
