We are hiring a Senior Technical SEO Specialist to join the growing team at Racklify—a transparent, commission-free marketplace helping e-commerce brands and merchants find the right third-party logistics (3PL) providers for their needs.

Our platform is built on modern technologies, including React, and is focused on helping businesses navigate a fragmented logistics ecosystem with confidence and clarity. As we scale, SEO is a critical part of our growth strategy, and we’re looking for a highly skilled expert who can own our technical SEO efforts end-to-end—from audits and implementation to long-term strategy and optimization.

This is a remote position offering long-term opportunity for the right person to play a key role in shaping Racklify’s digital footprint and helping merchants discover the platform when they need it most.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and implement Racklify’s technical SEO roadmap, identifying and resolving issues related to crawling, rendering, indexing, and site architecture

Work closely with our developers to ensure all React-based components are SEO-compliant and indexable

Conduct comprehensive technical audits using tools like Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, and Google Search Console

Execute on-page optimizations directly—adjusting metadata, headers, canonical tags, and schema markup across templates and dynamic pages

Monitor and optimize for Core Web Vitals, structured data, and site performance metrics

Research and recommend keyword targeting and content strategies aligned with merchant search behavior

Analyze log files and crawling behavior to uncover missed opportunities or inefficiencies

Track KPIs and produce regular reports using GA4, Looker Studio, and other analytics tools

Collaborate with the content and product teams to ensure all new pages and features are built with SEO best practices in mind

Required Skills and Experience
5+ years of technical SEO experience, with a proven record of driving measurable improvements

2+ years of experience optimizing React or similar JavaScript-heavy websites

Advanced understanding of search engine behavior, crawl budgets, rendering, and structured data (JSON-LD)

Proficiency in SEO tools like Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Sitebulb, and Google Search Console

Experience with schema implementation, site performance tools (Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights), and accessibility audits

Comfortable making direct on-page changes in CMS platforms or Git-based code environments

Familiarity with Git workflows, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Contentful), and staging environments

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights

Excellent communication skills, especially when collaborating with cross-functional and technical teams

Bonus Qualifications
Experience with Next.js, dynamic rendering, or hybrid SSR/CSR approaches

Background in e-commerce, SaaS, or marketplace SEO

Familiarity with international SEO or multilingual site structures

Ability to work within CI/CD pipelines or deployment processes

Comfort writing basic scripts or using APIs for SEO automation tasks
