NOW HIRING: Full-Time Sales Representative – Digital Marketing

B&B Digital Marketing is hiring 1–2 full-time Sales Representatives to help grow our client base. If you’re skilled in conversation, results-driven, and experienced in outbound B2B sales, we want to hear from you.

Earn bonus pay from PHP 5,000 for every closed deal you help generate – in addition to your regular pay.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Make outbound cold calls to small and medium business owners
• Build rapport and introduce our digital marketing services (SEO, web design, paid ads)
• Set appointments for our outside sales team
• Send marketing materials and follow up with leads
• Log all activity in our CRM
• Join weekly team check-ins

REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 2 years of outbound B2B sales or appointment setting experience
• Familiar with CRM tools like GoHighLevel or HubSpot
• Comfortable managing multiple tools and tabs
• Strong verbal communication and follow-up skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Stable internet and quiet home workspace

BONUS EXPERIENCE:
• Experience selling SEO, website design, or digital ads
• Experience in fast-paced or goal-oriented roles
• Proven history of hitting monthly appointment goals
