The Litigation Case Administrator plays a vital role in supporting our litigation process by coordinating discovery, organizing case records, and ensuring accurate documentation throughout each stage. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Compensation
$4.50 - $5.00 USD/hour
Full-time (40 hours/week)
Skills & Requirements
MAC COMPUTER REQUIRED
Dual Monitor Required within 30 days of employment
Legal background preferred
Legal support or litigation admin experience preferred
1–2 years experience in a personal injury or litigation environment preferred
Familiarity with discovery processes and medical record management
Strong written communication and follow-up skills
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable making calls to providers and following up consistently
Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently
Must be available to work full-time, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Pacific Standard Time
Responsibilities
Review new and existing litigation files to pull relevant details (how the client was injured, case facts, treatment history, etc.)
Draft and serve discovery documents across all active litigation files
Maintain a clear and updated log of discovery requests and responses
Contact doctors’ offices and medical providers to collect and follow up on missing records
Perform and log Howells calculations for each case
Communicate with attorneys and internal tea
Ensure all case records are complete, organized, and court-ready
