Virtual Assistant

Hey there! I'm a functional medicine practitioner in the process of transitioning my clinic to a more automated, online model. I'm looking for a skilled Virtual Assistant to help me execute several projects that will increase automation, patient engagement, and supplement sales—without adding stress to my life.

Key tasks will include:
• Setting up and managing email marketing funnels (e.g., ConvertKit, MailerLite, etc.)
• Creating or updating a supplement sales page on my website
• Basic website tweaks (broken links, improved call-to-action buttons, scheduling flow)
• Formatting and uploading blog posts, and light SEO work
• Repurposing existing content for social media/email/blog

Ideally, you have experience with health or wellness businesses and can work independently with light guidance.

Details:
• 5–10 hours/week to start
• Pay: PHP 77,500 – PHP 145,300/month (equivalent to $8–$15 USD/hour, based on experience and skill level)
• Flexible hours – async work is fine
