This is a non-voice, remote position ideal for those with strong written English and a passion for digital communication.

???? What You’ll Do:
Respond to customer messages and inquiries through social media and online platforms (written only)

Follow provided scripts and communication guidelines

Maintain a professional and respectful tone at all times

Escalate technical issues to supervisors when necessary

Assist in improving the customer experience by providing feedback to the team
