Virtual Assistant for Amazon FBA – Product Research, Listings & More

We’re an Amazon FBA business looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team. You will help us with various Amazon-related tasks, including product research, listing optimization, competitor analysis, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

Conduct product research using tools like Helium 10 or Jungle Scout

Optimize product listings (title, bullets, descriptions, backend keywords)

Monitor inventory levels and restock alerts

Perform keyword research

Handle basic customer service tasks

Track competitors’ listings and pricing

Requirements:

Proven experience working with Amazon FBA

Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Keepa, Jungle Scout, etc.

Strong English communication skills

Detail-oriented and organized

Reliable internet connection

Preferred (but not required):

Experience working with Private Label FBA sellers

Knowledge of Canva or Photoshop for basic image editing

Experience with Seller Central reports

Work Hours:
