Hiring: E-commerce Operations Virtual

We are a Bay Area-based materials store preparing to launch online shops on Amazon, Wayfair, and other platforms. We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant (VA) to support daily operations and help grow our e-commerce presence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and manage online stores on Amazon, Wayfair, etc.
• Upload and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images)
• Monitor orders, inventory, logistics, and customer feedback
• Assist with after-sales support and platform policy updates
• Conduct basic market and competitor research

Requirements:
• Experience with Amazon, Wayfair, or other e-commerce platforms preferred
• Comfortable working in English-speaking environments
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and open to long-term collaboration
• Bonus: Familiar with image editing tools like Photoshop or Canva
