**We're Hiring: Virtual Assistant (Philippines – Remote)**

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about keeping operations running smoothly? We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant to support our company with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks. ** Key Responsibilities**

- Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and accuracy across all tasks.

- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

- Assist in job postings, applicant screening, and recruitment coordination.

- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as tracking expenses, invoicing, and organizing financial data.

- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support smooth business operations.

**Qualifications**

- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, Trello/Asana, or similar platforms.

- Experience with basic bookkeeping or accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or spreadsheets).

- Comfortable working with SOPs and structured workflows.

- Must be based in the Philippines with a reliable internet connection.
