We’re seeking a young, driven, and bilingual engineer to join our core team. You will work directly with our founders and AI systems to design, optimize, and implement prefabricated structures. Responsibilities:
Collaborate on structural design using AI-assisted floor plan conversion tools
Review and adapt traditional building plans to CSP’s prefabricated model
Help automate engineering checks using wind, snow, and seismic data
Work with cross-functional teams to improve system integration
Learn and apply prefab and cold-formed steel construction standards
Contribute to rapid product iteration and innovation
