Performance Marketing Assistant – Remote

What You’ll Do:
Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Display, Retargeting)
Build dashboards, analyze performance data, and provide insights
Support SEO tracking and collaborate with internal/external partners
Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and improve campaign outcomes
Communicate results and coordinate across teams

You Bring:
3–5 years in performance marketing, paid media, or digital advertising
Proven success with Google Ads; Microsoft Ads is a plus
Strong analytics and reporting skills (GA, Excel/Sheets, dashboards)
Familiarity with SEO, A/B testing, and marketing automation
Proactive, collaborative, and effective in remote settings
